No, actually Saddam Hussein was TIME's person of the year. So that means that I'm TIME's person of the year! (jk/lol)

yeah, i thought it was LAME too. i guess there is no one actually deemed worthy enough to honor for the year. what a cop-out. now people will think that they're pretty damn important.

The selections grow more ridiculous each year. Being Time's Person of the Year is not necessarily complimentary. The criteria for selection says, "The person or thing that influenced the world for better or worse." There has been a great deal of "worse" over the years.
