Don't agree with rehabilitation as there is no disincentive to prevent future recruits. However the Swedes are governed by the rule of law so unless there is a youtube video that clearly identifies one of these men in a criminal act there is nothing to prosecute them over, other than being members of ISIS.
On the disincentive to join ISIS: these are people who are willing to die for their stupid beliefs. What kind of disincentive could deter them from going to Syria or wherever?

The general consensus here in Australia is that they have their citizenship revoked so they stay far away. Unfortunately under out current anti-terror laws all we can do is let them back in but keep a close eye on them.
