Extraneous sexual intercourse seems to wreak more havoc than the feels are worth for the most part.

I hope not. I consider it a waste of taxpayers money that this is even being investigated. Prosecuting stupid speech is the type of government overreach conservatives should be against. If she wanted to bomb the White House she has enough money to fund it.

The global gag rule gets flipped like a light switch whenever the presidency changes parties. It's tragic but not at all novel.

An unfortunate step back for Women's Rights, but this has been going back and forth since Reagan. It's not exactly new or novel.

Let's take it to the extremes, why don't we? Since Trump is handing more control over to the States, I'm hoping he will do the same with this and each state can make a decision about what will happen with abortion. Like I have said in past threads, I'm pro-life and I don't wish to live under the laws of pro-choice people. If States decided abortion, then some States (Blue states) would support abortion and the other States (Red) would not. Those States which support abortion would therefore, have to pay and support it. Simple as that and with no Federal funds. I see no problem with that and pro-choice people shouldn't have a problem either. UNLESS, it isn't about just having their rights, BUT getting the service for free by making others pay for it.

What you don't wish to live under laws which give women the choice? Its not like having it allowed forces you to get an abortion, people against them are still free not to get abortions and think they are wrong...but why should they be able to impose that on other people?

Especially when most of the time peoples reasons for opposing abortion are religious...and religious based laws/legislation do actually violate the constitution. But maybe it should be left up to the states...of course I'd still be of the opinion states that try and disallow it would be in violation of the constitution. But perhaps we should try different states with different laws it would be better than a civil war.

Reuters: Pence fires up anti-abortion activists in huge Washington march

Quote:
Pence, a longtime hero of the anti-abortion movement, is the most senior government official ever to speak in person at the rally, organizers said. As governor of Indiana, he signed that were seen as some of the nation's strictest abortion laws.

Pence, accompanied at the rally by his wife and daughter, celebrated "the election of pro-life majorities in the Congress of the United States of America," Trump's upcoming nomination of an anti-abortion Supreme Court justice, and the president's reinstatement on Monday of a policy that cuts off U.S. funding to healthcare providers that promote or provide abortions overseas.
...
Trump has said Roe v. Wade should be overturned and has vowed to appoint an anti-abortion justice to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia last year.

He also has pledged to defund Planned Parenthood, which draws the ire of many Republicans because it provides abortions, along with other services.

He is going to load the Supreme Court with Anti-Choice politicians.

Canada and the Netherlands are trying to arrange funds to replace those effected by Trump's cut in funding:

Yes the unborn are so much more precious than people that are actually here...

Unlimited abortion on demand is an extremist policy not supported by the majority of the country, there is a lot of room between that and the frightful scenarios pro-abortion activists describe.

There is a very simple way to prevent abortions: total abstinence. In addition, women should have a total hysterectomy and men should have a complete castration. Problem solved!

One of the reasons for Abortions is because of the FALSE BELIEF that are taught by FALSE RELIGIONS that FALSELY TEACH that children born out-side of wed-lock was some-how sinful. Sex between lovers is NOT a «sin» just because some «State» says that a couple does not have a marriage-license (ref: miscegenation).

Why do you believe this is the sacred word of Jesus Christ?

Most birth control methods aren't 100% effective. I've heard from couples that used the pill and condoms together and still managed to get pregnant.

While it was obvious trump was going to approve this, since it flops back and forth depending on the president, I hope trump and his supporters are willing to fund the lives of the babies that'll be born into welfare thanks to this gag order. Its not like republicans are warm to the idea of tax payer money going to preventative birth control options either.

They are close enough to 100% effective, and abstinence actually is 100% effective.

That's easy; we just won't pay for either.

If a woman gets pregnant she should be able to abort if she does not wish to undergo the pregnancy and have a child. Give me one good reason I should be forced to have a child if birth control was to fail and I got pregnant and didn't realize in time to take a morning after pill(granted some conservatives also think morning after pills are wrong). I'd want to get an abortion as quickly as possible..why should I be denied that ability?

It is not extremist to want access to abortions.

"Close enough" still isn't 100% no matter how badly someone wants it to be. The pill and the nuvaring are only 91% effective for example. Unwanted pregnancies will occur, abortions will still happen, Planned Parenthood will still exist through private funds if need be.

I'd also would like to know how exactly you all will be sure that none of your tax payer money will go to birth control.
