Its highly unlikely Boo was any where near the building given the COVID-19 restrictions unless he was living or working on the Beirut waterfront

There were people livestreaming the fire on top of adjacent buildings right as it blew up.

I hope Boo is safe.

Both are sources sympathizers to Hezbollah hence totally untrusting; and most likely covering something.

Trusted sources heard a jet sound barrier in southern part moments before it as well many friends/acquaintances I personally know said so, followed by a small bombing, fire and then this semi mini nuke-like blast. A pink shroom cloud covered the city for hours later, the stored “neglected” material seems to be tons of nitrate ammonium- which is known to be used to make explosives.

That was, in no doubt at all, a military operation.

Iran was getting a daily blast in sensitive areas as well in the last couple of weeks, as in series of sabotage operations.
