0122: A Ford RV/camper arrives at the tourist district around this time.
0600: Nashville police respond to reports of shots fired near Second Avenue and Commerce Street in the downtown area. Police see a suspicious vehicle outside a nearby AT&T transmission building. An audio countdown emanates from the RV, saying "Evacuate now. There is a bomb. A bomb is in this vehicle and will explode".
0632: An explosion occurs along Second Avenue North Christmas morning. Nashville Police and Fire personnel responded to the scene of an explosion on 2nd Ave, approximately one block north of Broadway. Police say it is linked to the recreational vehicle and appears to be an intentional act.
0645: Emergency crews shut down streets in the downtown area and federal agents are called to the scene. Emergency crews close off a 10-block radius around the site of the explosion. Three people are hospitalized for unspecified injuries. One officer suffers hearing loss as a result of the explosion.
1015: The FBI takes over the investigation, Motive for the explosion has yet to be determined. The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms joins the investigation.
1040: Police are going door-to-door with canine units in the downtown area to search nearby buildings. Authorities say there is no indication of any additional devices. Traffic downtown is restricted.
1100: Nashville's city bus system, suspends service and closes for precautionary measures.
1201: An AT&T spokesperson confirms that AT&T internet and telephone service is disrupted in the Nashville area. The outage is linked to the explosion, and leads to widespread 911 issues in the Nashville area, and telecommunications issues at Nashville International Airport, halting outbound flights.
1315: Authorities officially confirm that the recreational vehicle that exploded played a recorded message, warning people to evacuate the area before the blast.
1420: Investigators release a photo of the recreational vehicle. "Have you seen this vehicle in our area or do you have information about it?", police asked on various social media outlets. A $30,000 reward is offered.
1458: Multiple sources confirm that Anthony Quinn Warner, a Nashville area resident, had a similar make and model RV as the one in photos released to the public. Warner is described as a 63-year-old White man. Federal agents are at the address listed to Warner. At this time, he is a Person of Interest, and not a suspect.
1618: Authorities find human remains in the vicinity of the explosion in downtown Nashville. The identity of the remains in currently unknown, and it is not immediately clear if the remains are connected to Friday morning's explosion.
1650: Nashville Mayor John Cooper issues a State of Civil Emergency in the area impacted by Friday's explosion. In a tweet, Cooper says the curfew, which began at 5:30 p.m. ET. will be in effect through Sunday at 5:30 p.m. ET.
1712: Nashville Mayor John Cooper says at least 41 separate businesses are impacted by Friday's explosion downtown.
