Hmm, if the police can claim it that way, wouldn't the reverse be true? If your in the back of a patrol car, and an officer farts, can you claim "excessive force", because he "gassed" you without provocation?
And if he assaulted the officer, didn't he also assault himself, which means he should have been put under Psychiatric care, as he poses a threat, not only to himself, but to others?
Wouldn't that give him a strong legal recourse for an insanity plea, claiming mental impairment at the time, if not, he wouldn't have needed the psychiatric care, right?
