Revenge for Obama. That explains a good portion of it. The whole thing has been like the coyote trying to catch the roadrunner. One backfire after another.

I find it amusing that a pandemic is being blamed on one person. Numerous countries involved. Numerous world leaders. Numerous higher up politicians and military and scientists from all those countries etc... It's Trump's fault! This is just the same old desperate straw grasping trump derangement that's been going on for years. Yawn.

Within the context you provided, it is clearly a nonsense.
Kudos for your hyperbole.

In regard to poor performance initially, I always had the view that his actions were rather shambolic,
But so too were the actions of other world leaders.

Beware of "Cyclopia". 8O

In your travels, have you come across any links about this?

Pointing hyperbole hardly constitutes exhibiting hyperbole.

Not angry, but definitely frustrated.

There's plenty of blame to go around and bickering over how to properly assign it, or over how it's everyone's fault except whoever's is largely a distraction at the moment. Some people are only joking, but some are far more serious and it's frustrating that so many people appear fixated on deflecting any legitimate criticisms of how certain leaders have handled things. Saving the reputation of an incompetent politician should be least of anyone's concerns right now, unless you're the incompetent politician in question.

Speaking about "incompetence".
Joe Biden's unfortunate mental disintegration into what seems to be dementia of some form doesn't exactly make him a prime contender.
From where I stand, Trump seems to be totally compos mentis, by comparison.
His arrogance, narcissism and lack of diplomatic finesse is a trade-off.

From where I come from, hyperbole is a legitimate tool in a debate/discussion.

I wasn't saying you were Cyclopic, btw.
It was meant to be a general statement.
Sorry if there was any confusion.

[Mod]

Please try to avoid bickering. Attacking people for their political views is expressly against WrongPlanet rules.

If it wasn’t for the long flight, I probably would have visited Australia already.

Especially in the eastern part of the country west of the Outback, the scenery is magnificent.

Even parts of the Outback have nice desert scenery.

I was engaging in satirical hyperbole about Australia per Pepe's tutelage.

I'll see what I can do. I've been up all night and I gotta hit the sack.

Thinking about what happens when you burp a baby that’s consumed a whole can of beer.
