Yeah, but what about the Women's March - a much larger crowd turned out for it.

Spicer wouldn't have to do that if the "fake news" media didn't keep bringing up stupid crap. Then it forces the other side to prove them wrong.

No one makes the Trump administration respond like pissed off gibbons.

I don't know what news you listen too, but Trump was also very supportive of the CIA. Don't know what the problem is.

Trump has told the CIA in no uncertain terms that he does not trust the information they provide them with. Then he goes to the CIA, stands in front of their memorial and talks about crowd sizes. For God's sake, could he not just thank them for their service?

Did you not read what I posted? He said he is totally behind them.

This will give you a hint what they are protesting about

Personally I found Sean Spicer at the press conference to be cringe worthy, because he seemed way too wound up. I think this was a bad choice as Trump's first press conference. It just did not come off well at all.

Here's my theory: The reason why Trump's inauguration had less people show up, was due to all the threats made by the leftist movement. People did not feel it was safe to be there because of this. Many people were very apprehensive as to what degree of insanity the protester/rioters would go to. Many were expecting anything from shots being fired to bombs going off. And that's the reason why there was a smaller turnout. And that's what should have been addressed in my opinion.

Entertainers refusing to perform and less people attending = Leftists threats.

A lot of people didn't show because of the death threats and threats with putting poison in the water supply and whatever else. The Leftist media didn't report that crap!

I'm saying I think that's what Spicer should have addressed.

How many death threats and threats of violence did the Woman's March get?

No threats, less threats = more people attending.

Plus I'd say there's a different attitude between attending an inauguration and going on a protest march.

The women protesters are morons. Where were they when Bush or Obama were blowing up women? Where were they when corrupt Clinton stole the primaries from Sanders with backing from countries like Saudi Arabia who punish women for being raped? Idiots.

So you do believe the media then. That they have been truthful about how many attended the inauguration. Doesn't it worry you that Trump claims the media is lying about it?

Apparently Trump saying something crude when he thought he was talking in private is a far greater offence.

I don't know what the facts are (which I would base on my own investigation). I was bothered by it being addressed so strongly. Whether they were right or wrong it looked bad to me. It just seems like such a petty issue for a press conference.

As for the facts, so far I've only seen a couple of aerial photos, but I don't know for sure what time of day they were taken. I know the claim is they were taken at the same time of day, but I don't know that for a fact yet.

The Atlantic: Trump Blames his Rift With the CIA on the Media In his first speech after the inauguration Trump tried to patch things up with the FBI and CIA.

Quote:
Trump has castigated both the CIA, as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, over everything from their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s role in Benghazi and her private email server, to their inquiries into hacks on the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) emails. But in his speech, he sought to blame his rift with the intelligence community on the press, implying the conflict was simply the invention of a hostile media.

The speech started a little before 3:20 p.m., lasted about 20 minutes, and veered from topic to topic. Trump opened by saying he thought the intelligence community were “special, amazing people,” then lamented how the U.S. never won wars anymore (“When I was young we were always winning things in this country”); he brought up ISIS (“It has to be eradicated—off the face of the earth!”); he mentioned the numerous occasions on which he’s appeared on the cover of Time magazine (“I have been on that cover 14 or 15 times”). He seemed to spiral around why he had come, making political jabs at the media to mixed success.
...
Since winning the election Trump has chosen only to receive intelligence briefings once a week instead of each day, calling them repetitive, and leading some to question whether he held the agencies in much regard. At times, he has praised the intelligence community when they do something he approves of—like reopening their investigation into Clinton’s emails—and scolded them in statements or via Twitter when they do something that might harm his image.
...
“They sort of made it like I had a feud with the intelligence community,” he said, shrugging, as if it were ridiculous to think he’d ever done anything to disparage such “special, amazing people.”

CNBC: Ex-CIA Boss Brennan, Others Rip Trump Speech in Front of Memorial

Quote:
Former CIA Director Brennan is deeply saddened and angered at Donald Trump's despicable display of self-aggrandizement in front of CIA's Memorial Wall of Agency heroes,"

I read what you posted, but you are wrong. Trump is going to dismantle the intelligence agencies.

It's an assertion; my assertion based on my observation of his behaviour.

Ah. I don't know if he's allowed to do that. He might however want to have it all reorganized.

To all believers in a coordinated media campaign, have you ever tried to organize a vast conspiracy? It isn't as easy as it looks, trust me. Try organizing a small surprise party and see how that goes.

Kellyanne Conway was on Meet the Press this morning. More talk about crowd size. She says crowd size doesn't matter, she is asked why press secretary mentioned crowd size.. she just deflects and changes the subject. Then she mentions "alternative facts". Alternative facts = LIES! During the whole interview- she avoided questions, whined and yelled and just acted very immature.

This is only day 2 of Trump and friends meltdown. If the republicans in congress are smart at all- they will investigate, look into ethics violations, look into conflicts of interests, get Trump's taxes and start the impeachment process sooner than later! America can do much much better than these brats!
