What has America gotten into these days. It seems like it's only a shell of it's former glory. I feel ashamed to be living in San Antonio. I feel ashamed to be calling myself an American and a Texan.

Internal investigations usually clear the offenders, as there is a conflict of interest and they don't give a damn about the truth, only about protecting their own. If it was an external investigation, they would probably be strapped to a table in a prison with needles being put into them by now.
