As I said, an astonishing degree of arrogance and self importance.
If you had done what I have you'd be beating the same drum & know it's importance. Instead, you try to discount my accomplishments with insults instead of any sort of intelligent debate about the subject. It doesn't make me any less right or truthful about the whole thing.
Edit:
What do you expect me to say? Nothing and keep it to myself? Or "Oh, it's no big deal.. just a working treatment for AS is all." like it's not something I should Want to share with this particular group nor convey it's importance? Get real.

You have not accomplished anything yet. All that has happened is that you had some symptoms you believed to be autism, you changed your diet, you feel better. Now you need to share your findings more widely with people like the researchers you mentioned above who are carrying out research in the same areas. I hope you are right and that your ideas lead to proven treatments that will help people with ASDs cope with their symptoms.
In the meantime you need to stop arrogantly claiming that you have figured out how to treat ASDs. You have not and it is dishonest to claim that you have.

Who are you to tell me I haven't accomplished anything?
I've gone from off the charts ASD symptoms, unable to function in life and work, and financially bankrupt to minimized symptoms that don't destroy my life, the highest functioning I've ever been and back to work for years, and in the black far enough to almost be able to pay for 8 years of University tuition & books in cash. I've accomplished far more than you know.
No. I have AS. Of this I am certain - just as certain as anyone else here about themselves. Stop suggesting otherwise. Yes, I changed my diet - to one that was almost 100% medicinal for quite a long time. Yes, I most certainly do feel better because the things I've consumed, and done, have successfully alleviated textbook ASD symptoms.
I have shared my findings with ASD researchers and communicated with them via email - thanks, tips. I'm sure there will be more that I'll communicate or collaborate with in the future.
I am correct. I know what I've done and that it works. Exactly how it works, that's where I can only theorize. But the net result is that I eat what I eat and do what I do and AS symptoms are minimized - right down to things like involuntary facial expressions; after a round of antibiotics I've had people comment about my "exaggerated goofy grin," and that's a sign to me that my AS symptoms are acting up w/o me being self aware. So, I do what I do to counter them, and things fire more NT-ish normally & I no longer get feedback from others like that. I've learned to use people at work, in my life, at the beach, or at parties etc like mirrors - their feedback tells me a lot about my functioning level. I've also learned that when I have a major social obligation to attend that I need to prepare for that a day or two in advance in order to put my best self forward, and that if I don't, even if I think I'll be okay, I suffer the consequences for my procrastination or laziness.
This forum makes me feel like Ignaz Semmelweis sometimes.

Glad to hear it. You were somewhat averse to that when I suggested it a while back.
No, I was averse to rewriting anything into a nice neat little concise package for anyone here because everyone's decided they don't believe me and like to post insults towards me instead, so why would I bother with doing something like that to share on this forum with the most ungrateful rude bunch of people anyone's ever tried to help?

Danny Raede of Aspergers Experts says he found the key to greatly reducing or eliminating autism traits by way of eliminating what he calls "defence mode". The OP Jason Lu PhD (ekoniabridge) says he found the key to greatly reducing or eliminating autism traits by way of "making things". Neither of them mentions diet, and specifically not the goldfish21 diet, as the contributing factor that I know of. I'm sure there are several others who have come up with a surefire method of greatly reducing or eliminating autism traits, all of which differ from each one anther in methodology. What can be deduced from this phenomenon?

No one knows what the hell they’re talking about, since I have yet to see any scientifically verifiable proof that can be replicated in the population.

I think perhaps these individuals came across something that works for them based on their particular psychology and or physiology.
Also I think there might be a placebo or lucky charm effect in place for lack of a better term. Someone having so much faith in something that it provides positive results. Someone might decide a lucky pair of sneakers causes them to play basketball exceptionally well and without the shoes they play terribly. The same could happen with some sort of potion they either make or have made for them. I think most of us have heard of these types of things one way or another. Maybe it can be thought of as positive self induced brainwashing I really don't know. I'm sure there's a spacific term I'm fishing for.
Topic has devolved into bickering.
