This is all that's relevant. I established in another thread that Chinese made masks were faulty

You often post misleading pictures. And you never bother to provide a source at the time.

And the fact that you say Fox, which I have denounced many times, is my favorite news source, proves you make stuff up.

In other words, you are untrustworthy.

You rarely post links to pictures you post, and often post misleading pictures.

You often post links to articles you obviously did not read.

You make claims about members that are patently untrue, such as saying Fox is my favorite news outlet.

You call autistic people things like nutjobs and jokers.

The above shenanigans from you constantly derails threads.

Right, you are not addressing autistic people when you say things like you nutjobs, you jokers etc. And apparently we are supposed to be gullible enough to believe that.

What's going on? :ninja:

Cyberdad, I see nothing wrong with a person contradicting themselves when confronted with something that challenges their past beliefs or statement. It's called learning and growing. And being human. Better than sticking to some arbitrary need not to conflict with what was said in the past, and maintaining a rigid worldview that you don't even feel sincere about any longer, which is the alternative.

The main infection point - boots on the ground.

Dr. David Price of Weill Cornell Medical Center is a New York City doctor and he has the following advice on how people can prevent spreading the coronavirus.

Price went on say the virus is primarily transmitted by touching someone who has the virus and then touching your face.

"The ways that you get this is the transmission of the virus almost exclusively from your hands to your face, from your hands to your face and inside your eyes, into your nose or into your mouth," Price explained. "So there's a lot of talk about contact or getting it through contacts, hands to face."

The doctor also addressed the idea that the virus is transmitted by "long sustained contact" or through the air.

"There's also a small thought that it can be aerosolized, that it can kind of exist a little bit in the air," Price said. "The thought at this point is that you actually have to have very long sustained contact with someone. And I'm talking about over 15 to 30 minutes in an unprotected environment, meaning you're in a very closed room without any type of mask for you to get it that way."

"But very simply stated, the overwhelming majority of people are getting this by physically touching someone who has this disease or will develop it in the next one to two days and then touching their face," he pointed out.

First focus on your hands, just keep them clean and you will not get this disease, Price said. "The second thing is you have to start psychologically working on the connection between your hands and your face."

"Those two things combined is incredibly powerful and will prevent the transmission of disease in your family in 99 percent of cases, to know your hands are clean and not touch your face, period," Price added.

^ I was just about to post that very positive report. It takes time to understand in practice how a disease is spread, but that understanding is now beginning to develop. (Quite fast in historical terms, but it seems slow while we are in the middle of it.)

I don’t think they care or need to care. Private islands and private planes can take them anywhere. You don’t even need a passport when you have your own jets. I heard this quoted directly from someone who was hired by a very wealthy person.

Ok, now 600,000 faulty masks from China and faulty test kits from China to Spain. This is starting to seem like a pattern. A biological attack on the free world?

I see it more an epic failure of a Chinese propaganda campaign.
I am convinced the CCP didn't want to "lose face" here.
Remember, their military, economic and diplomatic build-up has a lot to do with National Pride.
They still hold a grudge against those who exploited them in history.
The same thing happened in Nazi Germany.

If your theory holds true, then this very well could be the beginning of the end of communist China. Their name is rapidly becoming "mud" and it's becoming "muddier" by the minute with the botched masks, botched test kits. Who at this point would want to buy any Chinese product if they had a choice? There are apparently thousands of citizens of Wuhan, including the police who are protesting/rioting.

The best case scenario is that the Chinese people kick out the CCP.

The masks involved were not N95s but rather FFP2s. Why were the FFP2s rejected? They did not close over the face properly, or had defective filters. Generally to capture such a large Dutch order for masks (1.3 million), they were probably a reputable company rather than a fly by night outfit. So where was the problem? Most likely it was due to a surge buying of mask components, the secondary suppliers. The mask manufacturers were stretching their supply lines and purchased material that was not up to quality.

This is a textbook example of how the media tells bald-faced lies. Trump never "call[ed] for quarantine on New York residents" and so he hasn't "reverse[d]" any earlier call. It's a double lie from the media – no call and no reversal.

Trump's words are even quoted in the story, proving the headline is a lie: "I am giving consideration to a QUARANTINE of developing 'hot spots', New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A decision will be made, one way or another, shortly."

A quarantine was considered, a decision was soon made, and the quarantine option was rejected. Trump did exactly what he said he would do, and exactly the opposite of what the media said he did.

The lying scum media is more putrid than any virus.

I have been waiting for the right moment to say this.
Now is the right moment.
I'll keep it short.
Sorry, Jimmy, for the tangent.

Much of journalism in America is an absolute disgrace.
Sewer reporting at it's worst.
If you take everything that is said at face value, you really do need to wake up to yourself.

The American media, generally, is a bloody joke, and much of the world must be laughing at them.
I am.

Time to get back on topic, guys.
