She was only doing what most kid her age do anyway, besides she was vulnerable. Which is why she was in a hostel.

Just to throw in my two cents:

The girl, by breaking the rules, contributed to her own murder. However, because murders are uncommon to the degree that fearing murder simply for being outside is not reasonable, she isn't at fault. She did break the rule, but because she did not know this would cause her to be murdered this is not her fault, though she did contribute to it.

I think this article shows that a vulnerable girl was living in an unsafe place with people who were of unsound mind. Horrible. I dont see how the fact that she was drunk was at al relevant.
