Sorry, I'm not even going to bother with a factual reply. It's like someone proclaiming Nazi Germany was free, or the USSR. The absurdity of such should be self-evident for everyone but the extremist fringe.

You know, when it was secular, and each secluded area attempted to kill the other in the attempt to gain power (which culminated in the Sunni leadership we all know and love).

(This is totally neglecting what the West calls freedom and equality. That's never been there.)
