Remember now, females voted for Trump too so while the march and protest is going down half of it I can't even begin to take seriously.

The majority of white women actually voted for Trump so these protesters who are mostly white women aren't even representative of their demographic.

The fundamental reason for the March is that this particular presidential campaign reminded older women of all the dirty tricks they had to endure not so long ago when the entered the work force. You got promoted and everyone tried to sabotage you. As a woman everyone assumed you were the secretary and wouldn't listen to you, even though you were the expert who wrote all those papers.

I see some similarities to Aspies entering the work force--Aspies who work too hard for their own good often get sabotaged by their co-workers and can't hold a job very long. Nasty co-workers try to get you to meltdown on the job and discredit what you do.

Ideally, you would forgive and forget, but a lot of people can't do that.

I think calling it a Pussyhat march makes it sound silly. Especially since it's taking something that's supposed to be viewed as an egregiously offensive statement and turning it into something cutesy. The only thing I'm calling bad are the reams and mounds of rubbish left behind.

Having regretably been roped into these kinds of "events" in my life, I know that most of the enthusiastic attendees thoroughly enjoy treating it like taking a dump in a punchbowl. Watch their smirks more than their words. No, if they were serious, they would be offering ideas and model legislation instead of blocking traffic at the intersection of B***h Street and Moan Avenue.

/\If you care enough to March, you cared enough to vote. How do you know what actions people that attended the event have participated in?How do you know they haven't been involved in legislation??You psychic??Mind reader?
If you had to be roped into anything involving equal rights and civil rights it simply means you don't believe in them.

The name is sort of silly, when I first heard it I got a mental image of a hat shaped like a cat.lol
Not sure if the litter was at every event, hopefully the organizers had clean up crews.I would have.

Nope. I have done nothing related to government and politics.

I fail to understand pay based on gender. It's clearly discriminatory. But I am not sure what dressing up as genitalia has to do with that.

The lady just may have an odd sense of humor. Some of us aspies do also.I'm sure she made lots of people laugh with that get up,maybe her intention. It could come in handy if things got out of hand.Be hard to taser her with that on.lol
I wonder if she made it herself or bought it.Never seen those at costume shops.

I think people should be paid according to the work they do, without regard to any extraneous personal characteristics.

So Miss Lizard, would you agree that the vastly disproportionate number of females in nursing and teaching is clear evidence of discrimination against males in those professions?

If that's the case, then no one would be judged by their employers as having done a good job, and would be left making starvation wages.
