Kraftie, I agree more with what you say than Empathy or friedmacguffins. I think May should step down and I think the British should stop being so docile. Nobody wants to take action, the people of this country like complaining about it, watching politicians on TV complaining about it, but nobody takes action.
Their excuse being, "I don't want to be as bad as they are".So lots of people die as a result of this government (benefit cuts, cuts to the NHS, and cuts to health and safety) but nobody wants to be as "bad as they are" so everyone puts up with their fellow men being killed off.
Smudge, are you saying that Mrs May started this whole mess? even the fire? because in reality it was a certain Mr David Cameron that started the referendum campaign ball going. If you disagree with my thoughts on this thread could you direct it to me please, instead of someone else who's trying to gaslight an argument?
The issue I took with BirdofFlight had nothing whatsoever to do with the content that was being put or for what some people seem to think was the lack of true empathy, for residents who have lost their lives.
I just disliked the endless causations of 'what started it' and implying a joke factor on me because I am a Brexiteer and have voted to come out of the Euorpean Union.
I feel that once this has been achieved, everyone's status will be protected and not contested against by some feeling of neglect that has always been present in archival type society. Some people think we're behind with the time, but in truth, we're just getting started.
I don't like people brandishing hate names on others, the fact I'm being singled out means there is some useful piece of knowledge somewhere, that is going to be used and implemented.
No one likes the threat of austerity but a completetly free thinking radicalised government would have no individual time or mercy for the few, and they would be living in cardboard house by now, not the ones that the emergency fund has supplied. If times weren't bad enough, tragedy strikes home again.

The full extent of failings behind the Grenfell Tower inferno were laid bare today as police revealed that a fire started by a faulty HotPoint fridge freezer ignited cladding and insulation that has failed all safety tests.
Scotland Yard today issued a dramatic alert over materials used on the tower today after samples caught light easily during new independent tests.
So far, the Government has received samples from 11 high rise buildings in eight local authority areas in the UK where the cladding has failed safety tests, including a number in London.
Hammersmith and Fulham said it was working on plans to put in sprinklers in 15 blocks of 12 storeys or more.
