^ Huh, didn't know that. Thanks for telling me.

I wonder if that means that we'll be needing multiple booster shots throughout 2022.

Depends on when you had your second shot

Off-topic: I've noticed specifically in the News and PPR forums, that it's very cliquey. Either that, or I'm really disliked by the people there. They almost never talk to me.

I post you don't respond. How is that my problem?

Yeah. She didnt respond to my response to her original post on this very thread.

And she almost never posts on either Current Events, or in the PPR anyway. VERY rarely.

And she assumes that the lack of response is being unfriendly. When folks respond to you on the PPR its usually to ATTACK you. So her complaint is several kinds of irrational.

Well it sounds like Australia has taken this too far, and perhaps a coup is in order now. Maybe such a thing will send a message to other governments, not to take things too far.

She posted up to three days ago. But, interestingly, her last posts were all in one particular thread...and that was in the PPR, a place I had never before seen her. And a place she was complaining about above.

It was in that particular thread about liberal women being attracted to conservative men. A thread that combines the PPR with Love and Dating! The two most volatile places on WP. Only a fool would even look at that thread IMHO. Toxic waste wrapped in toxic waste. But folks are keeping it going. Oh well.

But I guess that one time she participated in the PPR got her upset. Oh well.

I also dispute the "clique" claim. Unless she's referring to the three amigos

If I point them out I'll get in trouble.

Yes, at the moment
6 months - mandatory
5 months - optional

The plan is to encourage people to maintain high levels of immunity post-vaccine so they might drop it to 4 moths optional since moderna, pfizer and astra zeneca lose their shielding ability against re-infection of after 4 months.

Now in Australia, they're shortening the gap for booster shots to 4 months from 4 January next year, and then shortening it again to 3 months from 31 January. I guess it's because omicron is spreading like wildfire here.

It's also a little confusing. But for me it seems I'll be eligible for my booster shot in about 4 weeks time.
