Heh it could even be interpreted as a guilt reaction. Someone says "muslim" in a thread like this, and theres a sudden burst of defense for the muslims, explaining how they arent all mad bombers etc etc. Its like a small child shouting " I didnt do it!" when he gets sprung. (And YES, I'm being facetious and mildly sarcastic.)
Seriously, one of the things that makes discussing this sort of thing so hard is this sort of knee-jerk reaction, as if people are too simple to realise the point of reference or something. i think I have by now made it fairly clear who i mean in this context by now, and it seems a little childish to keep making the point.
