It looks extremely FB imo.

You know the scene I'm thinking of?
When he cocks his head to the side?

Also I didn't know you were a fertility talisman, but good on you!

Yes...animals of the weasel family are kind of the mammalian equivalent of snakes- in body form. So like snakes I can see how they could be "phallic symbols" to ....some people. Though we here in west seemed to have dropped that notion about them since the Renaissance. So it seems really weird now.

I agree it's weird. I'd never heard of that before, and never thought of them as snakey.

They look fun to play with almost like Slinky toys.

There’s an expression here, to f**k like minks, so I suppose it applies to their ferret relations.

I saw minks down by the creek at it one day. They were very flexible and active.Making some strange sounds too.
Supposedly weasels do a weird dance of death before they attack prey.

I wouldn't touch weasels, minks or ferrets. They bite you and don't let go.

Amazing how we've got onto the subject of animals in a Coronation thread.

^ Aww . . . ferrets is cool peoples, almost as cool as housecats!

:D

I understand the coronation went of without any major glitches, although the media made a big deal about where Harry was sitting and what he could and could not see.  Other than that . . . meh . . .

Not much mention of Harry in the media I looked at. They seemed more interested in Penny Mordant and her big sword… and the antics of “lovable scamp” Prince Louis. I didn’t even know we had a Prince Louis until yesterday, but it seems my taxes have been supporting him for the last four years.

On a more positive note, I’m all for ferrets.

I'm not much of a fan of animals tbh.

The coronation was A LOT of singing. Like 4 hours of singing, which was a bit much. Either singing or brass bands playing, so it was quite noisy.

It was okay I suppose generally. It just made me feel how I don't like Britain anymore.

Well unfortunately if I post in a thread I will almost instinctively steer the topic on to me (narcissism much  ) as I identify as a ferret on WP

When I turned the TV on it sounded like they were singing a song that would have fitted in with a Harry Potter film , it was quite weird ( I should of Shazamed it to find out what they were singing)

Is a ferret a name for a gender or sexuality? I can't keep up with you young people and your hip and trendy slang

It was exactly like that. Constant madrigals and a cappella and hymns. Then when they went out of the Abbey, it changed to brass bands marching along.

Very noisy, the King looked overwhelmed.

“Zadok the Priest” is always very impressive… composed by Handel for the coronation of George II… I think, but I am a real fan of all things baroque. The rest just sounded like warbly sh*te. Even the much vaunted fanfare had a modern and atonal edge to it.
