I'd have to go with Oscuria since the Qu'ran is the only source for reliable quotes or the closest thing to it. I wouldn't even quote Islamic sites since the Arabic text can mean something totally different from what it really means in English. So in essence you should quote the Arabic text which should revise thoroughly and the only way to learn what it actually means is to study the text which most do not do and give biased opinions.

So, when people misquote the Bible for their own goals, I should quote it from the Hebrew and explain it from there?

Absolutely not, but a preface that the translations, metaphors, analogies, etc. are more than likely to not be in line with the traditional thought, or analyzed through its historical context.

That is why one shouldn't really fall for the "Exposé on _______." No one should keep you from viewing such things, but understand that they are more than likely incorrect.
