He's obviously not a model citizen, and far from being perfect as a president and even further than perfect as a private person (I believe so, but I don't know him personally). Which is why I said mostly. But as a businessman, his decision making have been largely motivated by the 'cutting a deal' mantra rather than 'let's do that to please everyone'. This cannot be said about many politicians.

Obama basically got a Nobel prize for being the first black president...

If you read the Nobel committee announcement Obama was awarded the prize for his role in taking steps to reduce to nuclear proliferation and action on climate change. People try and find ways to tarnish his legacy but Obama was responsible for creating one of the world's largest marine park/sanctuary around Hawaii, one of the greatest acts of conservation since Teddy Roosevelt made Yosemite national park.

I didn't know that. That said, Obama single handedly allowed the Iranian regime to progress uninterrupted with their nuclear program by signing a deal (which was then revoked by Trump, out of all people).
Regarding climate change, that's true..(Trump doesn't even "believe" in climate change lol, might as well be a flat earther...) however I fail to understand how creating a marine park or advocating for earth preservation is deserving of a peace prize... Take a look at past recipients: Even Gandhi, a most deserving candidate surely, didn't get the Nobel peace prize which says something about their criteria.

I guess most people who promote and help bring peace don't do it for the prize anyway.
