I always thought aryan would be a beautiful name for a girl if it didn't carry the meaning of that word Hitler put to it.

As for Adolf....true story, I knew a neighbor who named his German Sheperd just that. He also decorated the outside of his car with a rebel flag. So it always made me wonder....

I was raised Jewish and I remember there was a member of our synagogue who was named "Adolf". It was not always and is still not always a name of racism.

These are two names no one should name their children.

adolf may not be a racist name but 'adolf hitler'?

these parents have done the cowardly thing of putting their children in the firing line before they have a chance to respond which is what most racist rednecks do when they have the chance, plus the father explained in great detail that his son is named after the WWII german dictator.

This name wouldn't even be allowed in Germany.

We're very strict with babynames. And that's still putting it mildly.

And Hitler is a surname, so what the heck.

And he says he may one day move his family to Germany, where he believes the kids' names would be considered "more normal".

Impossible plan if

...unless he plans to move into German prisons for owning, displaying and taking swastika with him to Germany.

Not even after Adolf Hitler? In a synagogue? That sounds very very unlikely.
