Quote:
Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted on all charges by a jury in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

18-year-old Rittenhouse faced five counts for the shooting of three men in August 2020 during protests in Kenosha over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Rittenhouse killed two men — Anthony Huber, 26, and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36 — and wounded a third, Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27.

Defense lawyers for Rittenhouse argued he acted in self-defense.

There's life in the judicial system yet. Now just to annoy everyone, let's erect a statue to Kyle.

Fair warning to anyone who hasn't picked up on it yet, my victory lap here is going to be pretty epic, I have no intention of being a gracious victor on this one, too many people were too obnoxious about this case.

Also, the memes on this have been epic, and I finally get to use them.

I hope his next move, after the victory party, is to sue the ever-loving sh*t out of every media figure who called him a white supremacist, a murderer, a vigilante, or otherwise slandered him over the last year and change, he deserves to get paid for that, and they need to pay.

They're still going to call him that.

There was lots of deliberation in the case.

There seemed a lot of thought put into the deliberation by the jury.

I hope Rittenhouse learned his lesson---and never plays the ass again.

But outside of wishful thinking, do you believe there's even a slight possibility of that? Folks who are gloating rarely learn lessons from their actions.

Does this look like a kid who's gonna learn a lesson?

If he doesn't learn his lesson, he will eventually be convicted for something.

It would be interesting to see why he was acquitted.

I still feel Rittenhouse was up to potential no good when he bought his gun to the protest. He was not just going there to "protect" a car dealership.

I suspect they won't if it ends up costing them.

Well, I saw it as a stupid kid walking around with a weapon and other stupid kids chasing him and attacking him when he was on the ground.

When the judge told Rittenhouse that all counts were "not guilty", Rittenhouse became emotional.
I am sure some would see that as playing to the audience. <extreem sarcasm>

No "pillow biting" for Kyle, it seems, but there will be those raging that he will be avenged by vigilantes, I'm sure.
Same old same old. 8)

Got it! :thumright:
