I'm not saying I have a whole lot of faith in him, but I never expected him to achive big goals within a few months.

It's an old trick Ezra to capture votes, Trump initially used all this crud to "get a foot in the door" and now he's is in the whitehouse he never has to deliver, I'm especially skeptical about his promise of jobs

He wouldn't be the first to fail on fulfilling campaign promises. Aside from all the hoopla, my inkling is he'll just come and go without anything of tremendous significance taking place. Regarding both his promises and fears of him destroying the ecology or starting WWIII etc. But still it's too early to tell without playing fortune teller how it's going to pan out. In the meantime hoopla hoopla hoopla.

White America want "style" not "substance" anymore? might blame social media and the rise of the neo-narcissist

I think he is a result of the coarsening of the discourse. He probably excellerated what has been happening for a long time.

What I'm expecting next is a damming scandal expose on how many bowel movements Donald Trump has per week. "The president s**ts a total of x amount of hours per week on the tax payers dime!".

In all fairness Trump doesn't drink, nor smoke. He seems to have been effected at a young age by the death of this brother from alcoholism.

The big news now is Trump took a sip from a water bottle during a speech. And not just once, but twice! And, as if that wasn't bad enough, he didn't hold the bottle correctly!
