Nothing wrong with that,it shows up in Buddhism also.
My point is if the NuSouth flag is not bothering African Americans, than it shouldn’t bother you.
Anyway clean up the way Aboriginal people are treated in your country before you judge ours.

There are few aborigines left in Australia, 90% are white in appearance

There are true believers who I respect, and then there are political shills who are pro-life because it sounds good in their circles. You can usually tell the difference by asking for an opinion on exceptions. A true believer will not want exceptions because there's no justification for murder, while a political shill will say exceptions for rape and incest because well it sounds good in their circles.

It’s not really fair to judge them like that.Poor states have poor education systems, not really a chance for people to advance themselves.

I'm sure voting Trump means they weren't thinking of their long term future or their kids education

Many Americans voted for him, some live in good school districts and kids going to private schools.
I think poor people voted for him out of desperation. The schools were messed up in the rural South long before Trump came along. You need money for good schools and those states don’t have it.

No, only 23% voted for him and the 50% didn't vote for either president. Clinton had 27% votes and Trump won by electoral votes. So that means many people didn't vote for him.

These christian types aren't exactly Jesus material, more closer to "group think" cults like those run by Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Jones and David Koresh

I didn’t vote for him that’s for sure. Its still sad that people bought into his lies.

Ahn. The trouble is if one place has it, it's not a stretch to expect another state will also at least try to implement. So there's no respite in it only being Georgia. Particularly when the goal of these states is in hope to overturn Roe vs. Wade

You have utterly missed what I was saying about it all being BS.

True believers of what? Pro-birth? Because it sure isn't Pro-life when they aren't also fighting their butts off for things like having people fed, housed, educated, granted equal access to healthcare, funded in cases of poverty, and trying to abolish things like the death penalty(Which Alabama still has; 'no exceptions for murder' huh?).
Quote:
Alabama State Senator Clyde Chambliss admitted this wasn’t about “life.” Instead, he actually admitted what this was all about: “The egg in the lab doesn’t apply. It’s not in a woman. She’s not pregnant."

What is pro-life about banning abortions that has historically shown, and shown through extensive studies that it causes the death of uterus owners? It's not, it's BS. Regardless of the specific's of Alabama, it is wrong and BS to inflict your personal view or religious view(where in case of the bible the clearest note says life starts at first breath) to rob the body Autonomy of women and trans men. If you have a kidney match to someone that needs one, it can not be taken from you to save their life. Your organs/body parts can not be taken if you and given to another if you did not give permission for it even after you've died. This is body autonomy - and these 'abortion laws' make it so those with a uterus have less say over their body than a damn corpse.

Perhaps the “political shill” will say exceptions for rape and incest because someone managed to slap some tiny bit of empathy into them for the people that are already here living. Perhaps they think that the 12 year old that is raped by her uncle should be able to get an abortion and not go to jail and not have it be substantially longer than her rapist uncle would for raping her? Or maybe they just prefer to make their misogyny and desire to exert power and control over women less obvious >_>

This is why I say pro- or anti-abortion, rather than pro-choice or pro-life. And in regards to the death penalty, one must keep in mind that minorities are more likely to be sentenced to death than whites for the same crime.

Everyone should watch Citizen Ruth, it's a satire movie about abortion debates, both sides. You can watch it on youtube for $2.99. But sadly it all seems realistic because everything in it is so accurate regarding the debates about it.

talabama was the epicenter of the american apartheid. one city, birmingham, was known by locals as "bombingham" based on the number of crazies bombing black churches. it has a long history of bloody-mindedness in general, this white patrician abortion nonsense is only the latest outrage. those pasty pols think they are fooling us all, they think we really believe them when they claim to value unborn life, simultaneous to their thoroughly disrespecting that life once it is born and fails to make them money.
