Would love to see a TV show called "Where are they now"?

"they" never will leave us -"...I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the sons to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me..."

The Lord...visits the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation. (Exodus 34:6-7 = Deuteronomy 5:8-10)

“Because of their iniquity, and also because of the iniquities of their fathers they shall rot away like them.” (Leviticus 26:39)

Amen Brother!

I have been priced out of Seattle, the city I have considered relocating to (it’s actually my third choice because the Bay Area and NYC were too expensive), and it looks that places like Alabama are the only affordable places around.

Demand for West Coast and Northeastern cities has skyrocketed partially because of people fleeing the red states.

(My reasons for trying to move to Seattle are unrelated to this)

Wasn’t it Doug Jones (current senator) who convicted the bombers?

Portland has gotten expensive too and people have also been rented out of their homes. Now the growth has slowed because housing has gotten so expensive, now businesses here are having troubles hiring new people because they wouldn't be paying them enough to afford to live here. People will look at the cost of housing first and see how expensive it is and I don't think they want to drive two hours to work each day so they nope out of the job offer. I guess they also don't want to live in an apartment. They would rather buy a house and live in it.

Here in Portland, people here have blamed the high costs on Californians coming here.

Before I leave Wrong Planet for good, I just want to say how deeply disturbed I am that people here are actually talking about wanting to overthrow the government in the southern states with violence because of this stupid new abortion law. I'm pro-choice btw and I live in Georgia and I have family there. You really think being pro-choice is going to save me when people start firing bullets and dropping bombs on my house for the sake of forcing states like Georgia and Alabama to be pro-choice?

I think it's about time that the USA dissolved and the red states and the blue states broke apart and became their own territories so they can focus on their own issues since our Federal government is too goddamn incompetent to make everybody happy. This forced marriage between the states clearly isn't working and we need a divorce!

Now if you'll all excuse me, I'm going to go hide under a rock as I wait for all hell to break loose in this country.

I don't want to see any states be overthrown, I just want those laws gone.

the only thing saving western washington's abortion rights from eastern washington's reactionary dominionism is a fragile democratic congressional majority. otherwise we'd have those stoooopid hypocritical anti-abortion nonsenses as well. you cannot convince me that those people actually care that much about a clump of cells while simultaneously not giving a good goddamn about what those cells grow into outside the body. they protesteth too much.
