Who's clever idea was it to support this bill through. Why are the house lords (for an unelected bunch of half retired mps and half inbred aristocrats) the ones with a far better feel on the pulse of popular opinon in this country. Whats going on here are they trying to justify their unelected positions or something by actually doing something

So remember yanks if you come over to the UK expect to be arrested if you celebrate independence day over here :P

The House of Commons is full of poodles. I would like to personally grap every MP who voted for that Bill and shake some sense into them.

Even the father of authoritarianism, William Hague, denounced the Bill as "too authoritarian". This is how liberty dies, guys....

Rob you do come out with such dramatical cliched statements. One would think you voted lib dem :P

But in all seriousness as a labour rebel said on Radio 4 this morning. Wait for a trial case to get to court and watch the bill fall apart as an unworkable law.
