poor kitty... Well at least he doesn't look too odd to look at... I don't think he'll get to jump anymore though..

The article I found (link above) has a mini-clip of Oscar moving about. Great photo, mudboy.

Personally, I think Oscar is terrific and I'm voting for him to join the Wrong Planet. Oscar needs to find a cybermouse :)

Actually, Oscar can jump! In the vid I found (refer to link, posted above) Oscar hops up onto a box of paper towels and he's not yet fully recovered. Oscar has an amazing will.

tweety_fan: I think I like the article you found best as it includes more about the technology of Oscar's prosthetics.

I hope he can learn to scratch, but he should be brushed regularly anyway. :D

I hope this can be done for human amputees as well.
