If the freaking stepfather is incarcerated, the other inmates will "needle" him to death.

Here's more recent news:
Four needles successfully extracted from boy

They first thought there were 50 needles, then some news reports said there were 42 needles, this report says the doctors now think there were about 30 needles.
Well, anyway, it would still be 30 too much.
