Poor old guy. COmplications finally got to him this past Friday. At least he died around friends and family.

i tried to express my sadness over his death to my kids and they said,"who??"

Wow. I hadn't heard of this.

Making people laugh is a great skill.

I'm 19 years old, and I have indeed heard of "Three's Company." Don Knotts played Mr. Furley. He did an excellent job playing a character his age.

When some of us heard that another cast member of "Three's Company" died, we thought it would be Don Knotts, but no, it was John Ritter. I thought he was going to fall off that horse he was riding on in the opening credits of "Three's Company." It looked like he was hanging on for dear life.

Regardless, he was a brave man in other aspects. He was also a great actor, and he will be missed.

I'm 19 as well and I've watched him play in many different shows. For example he got a role in the movie Pleasantville and some other shows. He's actually the only funny person I knew as it went for comedy actors. It's sad that he died.

I think there are many more funny people around.
