Link: As autistic children grow, so does social gap

It seems that even though treatment for spectrum people has improved, normal people still underestimate the need for thorough social-skills training/intervention. Hopefully this article will help change that. Still, things are far better than, light years away from, growing up untreated 30 years ago, my experience.
