I felt this was worth posting as I was left troubled by the article, and what the son did.

Wow, amazing what some will do to get there fix of drugs or alcohol.

It is appalling that someone could be so low as that. I wonder, though, how long his parents have known of his alcoholism. People with addictions are not the same as they were in a sober time. They can't be trusted, even if you love them. I think there was a lack of good judgment on the parents' end, but I still feel sorry for them.

( Yes , yes , I know...perhaps that's a more " English English " usage , " drink " as a singular word for " drink " in general ? )

Seems to be alot of this type of crime going on all over, here's a story from Toronto, it sickens me how low the human race has sunk.
