Incredibly clever way to protest these fundamentalists.

Who needs superheroes to worship when the real heroes are the geeks who do so?

Haha, that's Fandom - 1, WBC - 0. Epic Win... unless you're Phelps.

That article only has the one picture. I saw some others online (misplaced the bookmark, sadly) showing more of the signs, like the Hypnotoad sign, one held by a Bender reading "KILL ALL HUMANS", one reading, "ROBIN 22:4 - Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil, for THE DARK KNIGHT is with me!", and my personal favorite, someone dressed as Buddy Christ from Dogma with a sign reading, "GOD LOVES EVERYBODY".

Sadly, no one used the slogans Joel Watson came up with for his Hijinks Ensue strip - I quite liked "ADAMA HATES CYLONS", and the quote from the Book of J'onn J'onzz... :nerdy:

Check out the video on the page as well, they interview the "buddy Christ" ("Mr Phelps has issues..."), and in addition to Bender holding the "Kill all Humans" sign there is a guy dressed as Fry holding a "God hates Slurm" sign along with several cans of the beverage itself. Good stuff.
