Awww! White Supremacy is getting an obnoxiously cute face now.

Maybe next we can burn some pink crosses, covered in glitter!

I remember this story when it came up way back last October. I've listened to some of their music and it's frankly godawful.

Interesting, but very screwed up: if you treat Prussian Blue with acids, you end up with prussic acid, also known as Zyklon B. That Zyklon B.

That's terrible, how do such young people grow up with attitudes like that? I mean, I know their parents would have a large effect on their values, but I can't imagine that all their classmates and peers would share similar views. You'd think maybe they would've started to question their parent's beliefs by that age. I'm not judging them, because I think it's unfortunate that they're in such a position. But I hope they learn to distance themselves from their parent's beliefs.

I remember reading about them in October of 2005 to though they might be cute but their message is bad news in the end.

Someone needs to brush up on their history, methinks:

Quote:
Zyklon B (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zyklon_B)

Zyklon B (IPA tsykloːn ˈbeː, also spelled Cyclon B) was the tradename of a cyanide-based insecticide notorious for its use by Nazi Germany to kill over one million people in the gas chambers of Auschwitz and Majdanek.

Yes, it is a wonderful bit of irony...

Actually those groups tend to "thrive" on the hate and it just reinforces their opinion. That is why when there are rallies from groups like this they love it when protesters get out of control and do and say everything to get people riled up (not excluding the possibility of having them put people among the protesters to instigate that either).

They love it because it spoon feeds the conclusion that there are genetic predispositions towards inferiority among blacks and other racial minorities.

I am mostly white; however, I am roughly 6% Cherokee and some Portuguese as well as others. In my personal studies, I've discovered that while blacks are usually tall, Asians usually short, and Hispanics usually very thin or morbidly obese, white people contain a wide spectrum of heights, weights, and other physical attributes. This is attributed to the fact that 'white' isn't as white as many tend to think it is. It is a combination of years of the finest culminations of all racial backgrounds, thanks to Darwin's natural selection, and the genetic removal of the 'lazy' gene. Due to this, whites have gained the upper hand in the global market. However, as whites continue to reproduce through a varied pool of pure white and mixed white, we have slowly allowed the creeping liberalisation of our country begin to tear our country apart from the very grommet. White supremacy, while at one time presented a good argument, simply cannot hold up in this new age of globalisation.

In order to combat racism it is important that people hear from people willing to speak up against racism. It's always important to speak up against racism, whether in conversation with your neighbors or at a rally.

Racism is caused by economic conflict. For example, in the Civil War period many Irish people protested in the streets of New York against abolition. These Irish immigrants knew they were the low wage labor force, having been forced from Ireland due to the genocidal famine. These Irish workers had fled from genocide and they were motivated to protest in the US against abolition by fear of losing their jobs. These Irish low wage workers believed that if the South were forced to end slavery the blacks would take the jobs normally given to the Irish at that time. And it was the leaders of industry who instigated these protests because they believed that abolition would ruin U.S. industry. Of course none of these concerns were valid, Irish people integrated as they became "Americanized" and when forced to, industry found other ways to exploit labor.

Racists are almost always afraid of losing something precious to their livelihoods to the other race. The source of racism is almost always based on a fundamental and often media imposed ignorance about economic conflict. In less common cases the racist is mentally ill and suffering from delusions.

In Canada we pride ourselves on multiculturalism. In Canada the parents of the Olsen girls would be charged with hate crimes. But the media would not permit anyone to talk publically about the economic issues that created the racism. And so despite the censorship of racism the economic conflict that caused the racism in the first place would continue and despite all the fancy PC language nothing would be resolved.

It is important BUT protestors (and some have been doing this) need to make people aware not to fall into traps set by these groups. And really this can happen at any protest type setting - not just in regards to racism. All it takes is a few people to rile up the corwd and then pretty soon they are out of control and there message ends up lost - both on the groupo they are protesting and the general public. However - silencing these people or making criminals out of them will only make martyrs out of them and rally more to their cause. Case in point some of those killed in the US become folk heroes to people like these. So I don't agree with Canada's limitation on freedom of speech. But I do agree that rasicm has it roots more in economics that outright prejudice.

I thought you meant the Olsen twins had gone white supremist. If I was the Olsens I think I'd be suing the paper for linking my name with Lamb and Lynx Gaede - the racist twins.

I always feel weird about free speech and this kind of thing. I'd much rather they feel ok about being out in the open with it than hide it - I'd much rather know who these people are so I can avoid them, ridicule them - whatever. However I don't like it when they get to use free speech to recruit more people to their cause. Then again, if there are more people that feel that way - I guess I'd rather know who they are.

After the mess of Katrina - I can't help thinking George W is a fan.
