Crazy lady isn't she. I don't even venture near Tysons. It's way too crowded. But to throw a toddler like she did in a public setting and in a crowded shopping mall?

Supposedly the woman had a mental illness. The woman was with other relatives when this happened. Her daughter and an aunt. Perhaps it was so quick that this woman threw her grand daughter, that the other relatives had no chance to rescue the grand daughter. If she is insane, why isn't she in a hospital then? But people say mental illness sometimes to escape the death penalty.
