Why do you think these explosions happened and who/what do you think caused them?

The explosions in tianjin were the result of poor regulation leading to a series of accidents.

The terrorist in the yellow shirt caused the ecplosion in Bangkok.

In China: most likely negligence (seasoned with corruption). Its a big industrial accident (like the New York Triangle Fire back in the day, or like that recent factory fire in India).

In Thailand: actual terrorism. Though the perp is unknown. Might be connected to the ongoing strife between minority Muslims and the Thai Buddhist majority along the Thai/Malay border in the extreme south of Thailand.

I don't get the impression that the two events are connected to each other.
