Apple have developed new versions of the iPod shuffle, the iPod Nano and the iPod Video.

iPod Shuffle Very small, has a clip, and has been redesigned into something a lot smaller. Holds up to 1GB.

iPod Nano Redesigned to look more like the iPod mini, and comes in 5 colours: Pink, Green, Blue, Silver and Black. Can hold up to 2000 songs, up to 8GB.

iPod Looks the same, except the 60GB model has been replaced with an 80GB model, and the screen is 60% brighter. They can now play movies, and games too.

Those are pretty cool, especially the matchbox...I'm sure it would take me at least three days to lose it
or leave it in my pocket on laundry day....not "airhead" friendly,me thinks...

I currently have a 30G Ipod that I was obsessed with loading all my music on..but got burnt out after about a month...still lots of music I need to load...by the time its all done....the battery will probably need replacing(how long do these last and how do you go about replacing them.....?)as far as loading movies...if I have the time to watch a movie,somewhere....I would rather be reading a book..I am "old school"...

WOW!! ! It is so small.
I would not like to own one though i like to see the track names.

I have a old 4th generation 20gb ipod, still going well after 2 years.

Have a look at this video on you-tube.

I'm most intregued by the 8Gb Nano. One more step up in capacity and I'll be interested in buying one. Right now, I am still using my 15Gb 3rd Gen iPod, it is nearly 3 years old now, is holding about 11Gb worth of .mp3 files and I am constantly worrying that its hard drive is about to die even though it is still working flawlessly.

I like the totally solid-state nature of the flash-memory based Nanos, with their lack of delicate moving parts, light weight, small size and promise of 24h battery charge life, although I'll have to upgrade my old workhorse 266 Mhz G3 to at least MacOSX 10.3.9 to be able to use it (now running MacOSX 10.2.8 ).

I also have a 20GB 4G iPod, but it's a colour screen. I love the new iPod Nano, I probably would get it but my music is about 15GB. It'd be great if theyh made a 16GB iPod nano! I'd get that! :D

I have a White, 5th generation, 30GB Video iPod.

I used to have a White, 4th generation 20GB iPod.

I prefer the 4th generation better, but it broke. :(

Although the new one I got (seeing I couldn't get a replacement, as they don't sell my old one anymore) is good, and holds more, and I download some of my favourite TV shows on it. Seeing how I'm a freebie 8)

And yet another reason for me to want an Ipod! My mom is so frugal about everything. I'm seventeen and she just now got me a cell phone! At least when I do get something and have to wait a long time, it's always the nicest model. Anyway, I'd be sort of afraid of losing or breaking an Ipod that small. Knowing my house, it'd probably end up falling twenty feet off the spindles or something. But when I do get an Ipod though, I know I'll be using it all the time.

alternative, i'll sell you a 4g ipod...

I bought pacman for the new ipod. it's really weird playing it with the scroll wheel. I dunno if it's harder or I'm just not used to it.

Wow, soon we'll all be talking on microscopic cell phones. Like from the movie Zoolander.
