6th season with 200 hits, this guy is amazing and he only needs two more 200hits season to tie and three 200hits season to hold the record from the current owner. i have two really expencive rookie cards of his that will only increase in value. thank you ichiro suzuki!

I'm starting to think he should be in the hall of fame if he continues his amazing run, even if he did play the first half of his career in Japan.

im sure if he plays 10 years here, there's a good argument right there that he deserves to be in the hall. the guy is a hitting machine, he reminds me of a tennis player when he steps up to the plate. truely one of the best players in the last 50 years

I'm not sure I'd go that far. I can think of several hitters I'd rank ahead of him, but he is good.

Ichiro is probably my favorite baseball player; I'm from Washington State so that could make perfect sense. I'm not a huge fan of baseball, but I do like watching the Mariners from time to time, although not making it take top priority in my life. Anyways, I hope that Ichiro does make it into the Hall of Fame; that'd be really awesome.
