I usually don't follow articles about celebrities like this, nor have I ever really listened to Justin Bieber's music, but I thought that this article was funny:

http://channel6newsonline.com/2011/11/teenage-pop-star-justin-bieber-accused-of-fathering-baby-boy/

It basically says how Justin Bieber (JB) was accused by a 20-year-old woman for fathering a child (JB would have been about 16 years old while the woman was 19). Wouldn't she basically be confessing that she committed statutory rape? This woman is from California, and filed her lawsuit there, so I'm going by their laws. In California the age of consent is 18, and having sex with a minor even if they give consent is considered statutory rape (although is considered a misdemeanor if the perpetrator is within 3 years of age). It seems kind of weird that she would want the whole world to hear that she pretty much raped Justin Bieber (who knows whether it's true or not lol).

Justin Beiber is in my opinion way more conceited than Michael jackson was as a child. He talks about girlfriends with such florid lack of concern. I think it's clear that he's gonna either struggle with sex issues or go into a tailspin.

Exactly. If she sued him for paternity she wouldnt be able to win without incriminating herself- I would think.

Even at 16, I bet Justin Bieber would have had an anxiety attack and passed out due to hyperventilation at the sight of a naked chick!

Hahahaha! Probably lol. He'd probably start singing "Mistletoe" at his "Baby". He'd definitely need "Somebody to Love" at that "One Time". I guess you should "Never Say Never" lol...

Not to be tactless, but wouldn't sexual intimacy require him to focus on someone besides himself? Not sure that's possible....Sylkat

I have read that in California the woman would only be guilty of a misdemeanor, because there is not more than 3 years' difference in their ages.
A misdemeanor conviction seems well worth the chance to collect 18 years of hefty child support. I hope the baby is Bieber's and he has to pay through the teeth. Also I hope it is the end of his pop career, because I'm tired of seeing his arrogant face.

Seriously, I would argue the possibility that she may have manipulated him, and then there is the fact as to what the misdemeanor is, actually means she probably could arguably lose custody of the child and not see one dime.

She "manipulated" him all night long ;)

About half the country has an age of consent of 16.
No statutory rape story there.

Actually there is because in the state where this took place, the age of consent is 18.

It seems rediculous that a 19-year old girl would sleep with a 16-year old. That makes her a sexual predator. Would she have slept with a 16-year old that's not a celebrity?

Wouldn't surprise me, also wouldn't surprise me if she had this in mind when she did it either.

What's the chance that any fan would even be allowed to come backstage after a concert today, at least a major stadium show?
