Over the last few days my home town has had Royal De Luxe perform as part of the centenary of the Titanic.
There been positive media review and reporting of the Sea Odyssey event, it was a fantastic three days, one I'll remember for the rest of my life.

Now am pissed off with the negative press I read from ClickLiverpool and the Huffington Post.

SO WHAT if a 30ft tall puppet has a pee, its street theatre! I wonder if these hacks that written them pieces were ever in the city over the weekend let alone in the crowds, I was!

The two pieces refer to a youtube of the Little Girl Giant having a pee in Breck Road, Anfield (North Liverpool) on Friday. First off the Little Girl Giant had a wee in Queen Square the same day, and the dog Xolo cocked its leg up a few times that I seen, I seen both of them as I was at Queen Square. So why not talk about that then.

Also when the girl when to bed at the Kings Dock on Friday night, why not complain about the puppet changing into nightwear, as she was completely naked for about five mins. while changing clothes to go to bed?

I can see where peeing is in much worse taste than changing its clothes

Its beside the point, the peeing incident was just one small part of the three day event.
In the context of the whole event as a performance, then its act of petty journalism to judge its on that one incident.

In the context of the reason for the event then its valid to question the taste of the incident. She urinated a few 100 yards away from the home of my football team, Liverpool FC. Now if it happened outside the Kop I wouldn't of mind as when the Spion Kop (The same can be say of them lot the other side of no man's land Stanley Park in the football quarter on the terraces of Gwladys Street at Goodison Park) was a terrace, if you needed a wee you just did it where you were standing on the floor, in a bottle or thought a newspaper (Hence the Scouse expression, Roll up your Echo!).

Am surprised that international and national press haven't been talking about the Jean-Luc Courcoult celebration incident at the waterfront yesterday.
