My husband works as an SAP ABAP Programmer, and our son has Aspergers, so I reckon this must be a sure thing for him :)
Honestly, SAP probably already has an autistic workforce of about 1%, unofficially anyway.
Mainstreaming autism and not only letting people be themselves but actively encouraging it, can only be a good thing, surely.

I think the article shows that business is beginning to see the positive aspects of autism and I am hoping that other organizations follow.
