Weird Chinese floating ring for babies
The photo in this article just disturbs me to look at it. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=7417324 This looks more like water torture or child abuse to me. Well the baby isn't crying in the picture, but it looks uncomfortable or like they could slip out and drown. Besides why not have a parent hold the baby while floating in a pool instead of attaching this thing around their head? Weird, weird, weird!

This looks pretty sketchy to me (I'm a lifeguard)...I wouldn't trust that one ring to hold up a baby, no matter how light, etc. the baby is. It's not smart and it certainly doesn't look safe...
