It was a ruling by a federal judge and the Republican state AG is already trying to appeal the ruling.

I am from Wisconsin, however this doesn't affect me (not gay and I don't believe in marriage). :shrug:

Wish Australia would hurry up and legalise it already then we can get on with fixing the real issues. I'm pro marriage equality fyi.
