Sentenced to 12 years in prison after childs head found that had been robbed from a grave. 2nd offense. Only 12 years? Grave robbing and eating rotting corpse..
12 years? WTF?

Sounds like Ed Gein. The movie "Psycho" was based on him.

well the person is already dead so eating them body is not like they murdered them or something so 12 years seems appropriate if pakistan was a more developed country involuntary commitment would be a better sentence

Actually, the Q'uran requires a punishment of mutilation or stoning for grave robbery or desecration.

Pakistan is Muslim, their laws are Sharia, so how did this sentence come about?

Pakistan is a secular republic with a majority Muslim population, but like 99.9 percent of majority Muslim countries it does not implement Sharia Law.
