Real or hoax? What do you guys think?

For a second I thought it was drawn on her like a tattoo or cut into her skin during surgery. I once saw the latter in a Kids In The Hall sketch where a guy woke up to find his appendix scar shaped like a swatstika. In real life it wouldn't be funny. I honestly don't know if it's fake or not, people have done even worse things, but the lady feeling bad that someone got fired because they put a symbol of hatred in her burger is odd, I would be like "good riddance, I don't care how tough the economy is.".

I think the fry cook was an idiot and the woman is too sensitive.

I'm glad that w*ker got fired. I wouldn't want to see that in my McDonald's sandwich.

I suspect the health dangers of eating a Big mac may be more dangerous than the shonky swastika. I'm curious why she thought to examine her bun separate to the contents?

^Maybe she was removing a tomato or adding a condiment.

I think it was a sack-worthy misdeed, if I was McDonalds I would be very unhappy if the outlet did not sack the person responsible. It suggests to me that the person who did it can not be trusted.

Imagine a person working in a bakery who is find the job a total bore, then imagine for a laugh they start to draw stupid but harmless funny things on gingerbread men. While they might have been give a ticking off for drawing glasses and beards on the gingerbread men, if I was the manager I would be able to see the funny side as long as the public were happy eating the silly faced gingerbread men.

But a symbol of hate is a totally different thing to draw. If I caught them doing that then I would be super angry with them.

That employee should have known better than to draw a swastika in someone else's sandwich.

Does anyone know why the ex employee had done anything so dumb?

Why do people draw swastikas in men's bathrooms and old textbooks? I don't know, I don't think most do it because they support Naziism just because it is shocking and taboo.

As for this incident, I don't know. If this gal seeks money then I would lean heavily towards the hoax theory, pretty weird that you would notice that or that it would it would even come out still looking like one once the bun had been on.

Most likely they just tagged someone, guilty or not, and canned him as the sacrificial lamb. Maybe instead of a swastika he should have just made crude looking SS runes with butter. There might be more deniability with that if it ever comes back. Plus, to someone who recognises them for what they are might be more shocked and offended (butthurt) to boot.

But a random person drawing a swastika on a bathroom stall knows he isn't going to lose his job for it - a fast food worker putting it on someone else' food ought to be smart enough to know that will probably get them canned... No, wait, idiots have done stupid, racist stuff at work and gotten fired for it before. Never mind.

I honestly think the kid was bored and never thought the lady would actually separate the contents of her burger and see his "handywork"

Most people would prefer a butter swastika on their chicken sandwich than a big old booger. With fast food you get what you pay for.....

I worked food service,so I'm leary of eating out.Once we received a box of napkins,when we opened them there was an colony of German cockroaches.We boxed them right back up and set outside.Someplaces may have put those out.One time when we were swamped I saw the cook drop a peice of ham on the floor,then he put it back on the grill and served it.
I never messed with anyone's food,if they pissed me off I just made sure they got their meal last and I didn't hurry to refill drinks.
