Licenses to kill, for sale....

So this 73 year old man basically buys himself a slot as a reserve sheriff then goes out and shoots an unarmed black(?) man "by mistake". The other officers taunt the guy as he's laying there, dying, and then the Sheriff conducts an investigation that conveniently clears the guy who donated so much money to the sheriff's department.

Basically, for just a few tens of thousands of dollars, you too can enjoy a badge that you can hide behind to murder with impunity. Just .... wow.

He was just covering his bases. He was #1 and #2. He's got a lot of money. He will probably get off.
