From part of the article that I did read, it's just more of the same: a death knell for the EU (which, if you listen to the more extremist fundamentalist religious leaders, is nothing more than the reconstitution of the Holy Roman Empire, AKA the whore of Satan). Personally, I'm surprised the EU lasted this long, given the ultra-nationalism of the member states.

Cameron will just get more opt outs and exemptions for the UK and possible some reforms in certain areas.

Other than that there will be no real fundamental change to the EU, since mainland EU countries support strengthening the EU.

Mainland Europe doesn't want to return to the pre EU state of the continent.

In the end I see the England overwhelmingly voting for leaving the EU, pulling the UK out.
This in turn will bolster Scotland's independent movement, since they want full integration with the EU.
