On Tuesday, in San Diego, a man approached a group of people on the street and asked for a light. A woman yelled to stay away from her stuff, pulled out a knife, and stabbed him in the throat.

Police were called, he is hospitalized, and the description of the woman is that she weighs 400 pounds and has a beard.

How did she manage to run away before the cops got there?
Why couldn't this guy get away from her to avoid being hurt? How fast can she move?

With this description, why have the police not found her in 5 days?

You would think that she would stand out!

400 lb, bearded, and appears to be a woman? Assuming her (?. Nothing else makes much sense about the description, so I'll take that with a grain of salt...) weight was estimated due to her being incredibly fat - it doesn't sound like they actually weighed her - the only way I can think she got away was by rolling. Or, perhaps, had a mobility scooter.

Or, there was no assault. Hence the request for a link.
