The FBI Director admits the FBI paid more than $1.3 Million to a third party to unlock the San Bernardino shooter's work iPhone 5C.

Though private sources are saying nothing of value was found on that phone.

Cracking that phone was just cover so that the FBI and law enforcement could open 1000's of other iPhones across the country that have nothing to do with terrorism.
