Meh it's just Spain, they are rump state left from a collapsed empire.

Spain is the closest thing UK that EU, Eurozone and Europe have.

Never were able to form a government, it's interesting that Spain doesn't really have any eurosceptic parties, I don't know how touched they've been by the refugee crisis. Spain is somewhat of a non-state stuck together like Belgium, it could break apart very easily if allowed too. Catalonia, Basque Country, Galicia, Andalusia, they don't seem to see themselves as the same people. There are a lot of potential independence movements in Europe, all it is going to take is for the first domino to fall and we were very close to that happening with the Scottish vote.
