"All Lives Matter" ... Where is it addressed to the "Black Lives Matter" movement, black people in general, or any one particular ethnicity? How is it a political statement when no political institution, party, or candidate is even mentioned? What is so evil about expressing a sentiment that encompasses everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, or cultural identity?
Stop trying to politicize everything. Stop trying to attach racist motivations to the best of intentions. Stop trying to stir up trouble where there is none.
Three simple words; that's all that "All Lives Matter" consists of. You may as well try to say that "Love Your Neighbor" is both racist and political in nature as well.
